Director of Engineering

Seeking a rockstar full-stack engineer to fill a critical role in our growing startup.

The opportunity

Are you ready for a challenge? Does helping build a company from the ground up excite you? Looking to develop proprietary technology for a new market? We’re offering you the opportunity to work alongside our founding team to build new technology for the future of the media and experience management industries.

The Director of Engineering will play a critical role on our team. This person will work directly with the company’s CTO and other leadership to envision, plan, build, and maintain large-scale enterprise platforms used by top brands in the industry. In addition, they will assume a leadership role as our company continues to grow and bring on new engineering talent. This role will include everything from ideation and planning through full-stack development (primarily NodeJS/JavaScript) and maintenance.

We are working in the media and entertainment space, helping to connect streaming TV experiences with websites, apps, etc. Our products are responsible for tracking millions of users and devices across various channels. We must maintain a unique data pipeline to process those tens of millions of events, adding in machine learning and robust attribution reporting/analysis over time.

This is a hands-on role, so the right candidate would be expected to help direct strategy and roll up their sleeves and write code.

This is a great opportunity to work at a funded, award-winning Phoenix startup that is producing incredible results for its partners and customers, has an excellent leadership and advisory team, and is playing in a new and growing market segment. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you!

  • Have experience working with high-volume, low latency enterprise platforms.
